  25. @DOC TXT = This Organization Chart is created entirely 
  26. using Ventura<@146>s graphic mode. The basic page contains a marble 
  27. clip art used to frame the chart. The marble is an EPS file.

  29. @DOC TXT = The main chart is placed in a level 1 frame 
  30. with the background in solid white which measures 6.5" by 9". 
  31.  
  32. @DOC TXT = The chart graphics were created by making round 
  33. cornered boxes in graphic mode while selecting the level 1 frame to 
  34. attach them. The boxes were duplicated to create the shadow layer 
  35. and the background colored green in the underneath box. Grid snap 
  36. was set to 6 pts and turned on for correct box alignment.

  38. @DOC TXT = Then small frames were drawn on top of the round 
  39. cornered boxes and text typed into those frames individually.

  43. @DOC TXT = The lines were drawn in graphics mode and the 
  44. ends chosen as either blunt or arrows where appropriate. The type 
  45. colors are co-ordinated to look nice on a color printer. They will 
  46. work on a black and white printer as well, and of course all the colors 
  47. can be changed.

  49. @DOC TXT = The title is done using Times Roman Bold 36 
  50. point type centered in magenta color. It can be called up using function 
  51. key F1 from the text mode. The text in the name frames is just body 
  52. text and is Helvetica 18 point.

  54. @DOC TXT = The logo frame is placed on top of the level 
  55. 1 frame and intended to hold your company<@146>s logo. Just remove 
  56. the text and place your logo using the Load Text Picture command. 
  57. The text flow is turned off for this frame so your logo will appear 
  58. on top of part of the frame below it. As with any other Ventura chapter, 
  59. all things are infinitely changeable and this chart is just one way 
  60. to do it.

  64. @DOC TXT = This page with the text file is simply added 
  65. using the insert page command. After you print out this text file, 
  66. just delete this frame and remove the page so the chapter will contain 
  67. only the first underlying page. Then when you add subsequent pages, 
  68. they will match the first page<@146>s format.

  72. @DOC TXT = Finally, The frame that says, <@147>Your Logo 
  73. Here<@148> is intended to be used for an image file of your own logo. 
  74. Just remove the text from the frame and replace it with your image 
  75. file. If your image is a different shape than the frame, you can resize 
  76. the frame to fit your image manually or by using the Sizing & <R>
  77. Scaling Menu.
